With a passion for creating health-focused dishes using locally sourced ingredients, chef patrick gaudet brings two decades of experience to cobre kitchen + cocktails

Growing up in the kitchen with his mother and grandmother, Gaudet’s love for cooking was sparked at an early age as he helped prepare dinners for his large family gatherings. Professionally trained in his home country of Canada, Gaudet’s worldly travels landed him in Banff where he honed his scratch-culinary skills at a small-Italian restaurant before landing culinary positions at various world-class resorts.
